Today's photo isn't of Me, or of My day to day life so much... it's very important to Me, however. On 10/14/86 My life changed in an irreparable way. My mother passed away after a long, painful battle with lung cancer. Everyone says we're twins and that is the greatest compliment anyone has ever given to Me. I love and miss her so much. Today, and on her birthday, and during Lung Cancer Awareness Month I ask a few things from My fans, clients, coworkers, and friends. Those who send flowers, please send yellow roses. In 1997 I got My first tattoo. The faded yellow rose you can kinda see under the newer outline. A tribute to My mother. :) This past January I had the option to splurge a lil and get some more ink. You see, as time passed, I grew unhappy with how the one lil rose looked on My chest. So this is what became of it! It's about 50% finished as far as the outline goes, and then it needs color. When it's done there will be a few more roses, all of them will be yellow, there will be buds to go with the Tiger Lily, which will be orange and brown, and there will be Black Eyed Susans, which will be yellow and darkest brown. I might even add a lil blue background to really make it colorful.

5/9 is Mothers Day this year, so this Monday and the following Monday, for every $5 that I make in tips at the front door of Tootsy's, I am donating $1 to the American Cancer Society in my mother's honor. I hope folks will help out! :) After all, it's My Mom's fault I'm this awesome LOL!
